Online Room Booking Service
You will be given clear instructions to follow to navigate the booking form and you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details together with all necessary payment details. We accept payments from all major credit cards and /or debit cards. By choosing to submit an order/payment, you are consenting to be bound by our website terms of use.
Room hire charges can be found on our website at www.a-m-i.org.uk/room_hire. The prices published by us may from time to time be subject to revision. Submitting your booking form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email to the email address which you have provided.
We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this confirmation.
If you need to cancel your booking, your cancellation must be received, in writing at Austin Friars House, 2-6 Austin Friars, London, EC2N 2HD, at least 14 days before the date for which the room is booked. We will refund 80% of your room hire fee if fourteen days notice or more is provided. If we need to cancel your room hire, we will provide a full refund. For any other cancellations and those requests to cancel received within fourteen days, a refund will not be available.
In hiring a room, you agree to act in an appropriately professional manner whilst on AIFA premises. We retain the right to refuse room hire at our discretion and without explanation.
